40 companies and 200 intermediaries and investors will come together the next two days for the 19thedition of this gathering.
The Latibex Forum, hosted by BME, begins tomorrow in the Madrid stock exchange palace building with an opening event that will have the presence of Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Alfonso María Dastis, as special guest, Antonio Escámez, Chairman of the Santander Foundation, and Antonio Zoido, Chairman of BME.
With this annual meeting, the Latibex Forum devotes all its efforts to introducing the companies operating in the region to investors while also trying to identify new business trends and foster the necessary links in the relations between European and Latin American companies.
On this occasion, around 40 Latin American and Spanish companies have announced their presence at this traditional meeting, where more than 200 European financial investors, advisers and intermediaries will also be attending.
The conferences and panels that will take place in this edition will focus on topical issues in the most attractive sectors such as consumer, banking, energy and real estate. Other issues of outstanding importance today - such as Blockchain as a technological challenge, stories of success among Latin American entrepreneurs and the interesting macroeconomic juncture - will be addressed in greater detail.
Also meeting at this gathering are the most experienced asset managers and analysts, who will set out their investment recommendations and general outlook for Latin America.
